customer is completely satisfied. We will help you in any way we can.
Our guarantee is for you to be totally pleased with any product
purchased from us. If for any reason you want to change your order or
would like a refund it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds
after 24 hours is given in store credit. All sales are final. If for
any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please

For any reason the product you order is out we will contact you for a substitution or fill in with a similar item.
Shipping
We ship within the U.S. only. USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Flat
Shipping Rate - $4.80-$7.70 Envelope (up to 2 bags of coffee) & $10.35 Box. We will condense to one box on same orders and refund the difference.
Optional Shipping Insurance provided. Add insurance from the categories
menu. We are not responsible for
package mishaps from carrier. Canadian Customers - We can ship to
