Our Policy At Mexican Vanillas is that we would like to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. We will help you in any way we can. Our guarantee is for you to be totally pleased with any product purchased from us. If for any reason you want to change your order or would like a refund it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds after 24 hours is given in store credit.  All sales are final. -Deliver merchandise and services that you purchase online
-Prevent fraud and bill you for your purchases

We have no access to credit card, confidential information. Do report any suspicious activity immediately to their security center.

Refunds
If you cancel an order that has been already processed and/or shipped, we do not refund.
If we sent you a product you did not order by our mistake, contact us we will resolve the problem.
We assume that if you place an order with us you have done your research and carefully selected the products you ordered. We are always here to help you select products that are right for you if you are unsure.


Substitution
For any reason the product you order is out we will contact you for a substitution or fill in with a similar item.

Shipping
We ship within the U.S. only. USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Flat Shipping Rate - $4.80-$7.70 Envelope (up to 2 bags of coffee) & $10.95/13.95 Box. We will condense to one box on same orders and refund the difference. Optional Shipping Insurance provided. Add insurance from the categories menu. We are not responsible for package mishaps from carrier. Canadian Customers - We can ship to Canada but additional charge will apply. Questions e-mail us.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. Allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Cost U.S. Only
We do not charge Handling Fees. If experiencing excessive Shipping Fees with PayPal transaction, please contact us immediately so we can issue a refund. We suggest using Google Checkout instead for credit card transactions. We apologize for this inconvenience. We are in the process of listing shipping fees for all products on their respective pages.
